Where It All Began — And Why It Still Matters
LEED Strategy Ltd. was born in 2019 with a clear mission: to help companies thrive through Lean Enterprise Excellence. At the time, our focus was sharp—optimising processes, improving flow, and eliminating waste. But something deeper stood out to our founder, Tom Finn, an experienced engineer with a passion for both machines and people.
Tom saw what others missed: the machines were being forgotten.
While Lean principles were transforming boardrooms and whiteboards, the real workhorses—the assets on the floor—were being treated as burdens. Preventive maintenance was seen as a cost, not an opportunity. Machine care was reactive, not strategic. The mindset was wrong.
So, LEED Strategy evolved.
As Industry 5.0 arrived, bringing the promise of harmony between man and machine, we stepped up. We fused lean strategy with Asset Reliability Engineering, performance tech, and hands-on expertise. Not just to make operations smoother—but to make them smarter, more resilient, and future-ready.
Today, we don’t just serve companies. We transform them.
We train your people, care for your machines, and align your site with a strategy that actually works—on paper and in practice. Because at LEED Strategy, we believe performance isn’t an accident. It’s engineered.
